Payment Delivery
How to Order

Delivery Terms & Conditions
- All Hamper orders under $3,000 during this time must be paid in full upon ordering.
- For orders over $3,000 (excluding freight and GST) a 50% deposit is required upon ordering, with the balance payable prior to despatch.
Operating hours Delivery & Freight
- Office operates Monday - Friday 10.00 am - 4.30pm
- We will arrange for couriers to deliver gift hampers / wine to purchasers
- All hamper delivery costs associated with freight, packaging & handling will be borne by the client and will be on your invoice
- Wine delivery are free for Melbourne Metro. minimum order of 1 dozen, country and interstate will be quoted prior to your order being dispatched
- We strongly suggest goods are delivered to a company address where someone is able to sign for them
- PO addresses are not acceptable
- Clients must provide a mobile telephone number for all freight recipients receiving gift hampers
- We will advise an approximate delivery time but will not take responsibility for freight delays beyond its control
- If a delivery cannot be made due to:
- An incorrect or inadequate address provided by the client
- No person being in attendance to accept the delivery
- The client will be levied the additional cost of the returned freight + the additional freight charge for re-delivery.

Transport Issue to Consider
- During the year warm temperatures can get quite high and sending chocolate or choosing gourmet food that could spoil. We cannot accept any responsibility for spoiled food. general refrigeration). We don't use refrigerated freight unless it is pre-arranged with the client
Delivery Policy & Prices
- Deliver on weekends or public holidays not available
- Your order will be dispatched from Melbourne, please keep this in mind when ordering.
- Country and Interstate deliveries please ask for a quote.
- For larger orders please contact us for a quote shipping & delivery
- Please allow 5 working days from time of dispatch for Capital Cities & surrounding country towns, 5-8 working days for more remote locations.
- We accept no responsible for delivery delays as it is beyond our control and our delivery times are estimated times of arrival only.
- If the recipient is at a business address no problem, but if a personal address we must have your authority to leave in a safe place.
You will need to indicate this on the order form.
- On the order form a contact phone number for the recipient(s) is vital. This is in case delivery is found to be difficult and is a last resort.
- if an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address or no person available for signing the extra courier charge for re-delivery will be forwarded on to you.
Product alteration Policy
- If any particular items are not available as pictured on the website, we will automatically replace with another item of equal value or greater.
Cancellation Policy
- We will only accept cancellations if they are within 36 hours of the initial order being taken.
Website Usage Policy
We endevour to keep all pricing and product information on our website correct and up to date, however if any error is made inadvertantly we reserve the right to cancel, reject or change any order made online.
